Our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Middleton, is seeking a skilled and proactive Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their dynamic team.
The Role:
As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will:
- Work across a three-shift pattern: Monday to Friday (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am).
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues efficiently to minimise downtime.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
What Were Looking For:
- Apprentice trained in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Strong electrical skills with the ability to work on control systems, drives, and inverters.
- A proactive mindset with excellent fault-finding and diagnostic abilities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
